Q. What does the 30 days money back guarantee entail?

Our staff will try to fix the problem you might have, if not you are entitled to a refund for the cost the hosting service. Since domain name registrations are non-refundable, we will retain 9.95$ for the domain name registration and give you the necessary information to take the domain elsewhere.
